Mining project delivery brings its own conditions — FIFO rosters, remote site logistics, strict safety environments and production targets that don't move for a slow ramp-up. We recruit specifically for that environment, not generic industrial roles.

Who we recruit

Why Perth Project People

We screen for genuine FIFO and site readiness, not just a willingness to fly out. That means real conversations about roster fit, site conditions and the specific mining environment — open pit, underground, infrastructure — before anyone goes forward.
