Complaints Handling Policy
How we receive, manage, and resolve complaints.
How to lodge a complaint
Email talent@perthprojectpeople.com.au with the subject line “Complaint”, including your name, contact details, and a description of the issue. We also accept complaints made verbally and will record them in writing on your behalf.
Our process
We acknowledge every complaint within 2 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If a matter is complex, we’ll let you know if more time is needed and why. We keep a written record of the complaint, our investigation, and its outcome.
If you’re not satisfied
Depending on the nature of your complaint, you can also raise it with:
Consumer Protection WA (Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety) — for matters relating to our conduct as a licensed employment agent.
The Equal Opportunity Commission of WA — for complaints relating to unlawful discrimination or harassment.
The Fair Work Ombudsman — for matters relating to employment entitlements or conditions.
Confidentiality & fairness
Complaints are handled confidentially, shared only with those who need to know to investigate and resolve the matter. We will never treat you unfavourably for making a complaint in good faith.
