It depends on live roles matching your profile at the time you register. Registering puts you on the bench so you're considered the moment a matching role opens, rather than starting the process from zero when you apply for a specific ad.

What does the screening process involve?

Rights to work, verified reference checks, ticket and medical checks, a technical conversation with someone who has actually delivered construction, civil or mining work, and a genuine site-fit interview — every candidate, every time.

Do you place FIFO roles?

Yes — use the “field(s) of experience” and “preferred roster” fields on the registration form to flag it.

What happens to my CV and personal details?

They're used only to match you against current and upcoming roles. What's the difference between your three service lines?

Personnel supply places individual people into your team, client-side or contractor-side. Project team supply provides a whole team as a unit under an EPCM-style arrangement. Consultancy covers estimating, tender prep, project controls, inspection, auditing and related project support delivered by us directly, without placing personnel.

What if a placement doesn't work out?

If it isn't right in the first two weeks, we replace it within 48 hours. No drawn-out dispute process.

How quickly can you respond to a request?

We typically respond within one business day of receiving a request through any of the three forms.

Do you cover regional and FIFO sites?

Yes — tell us the project location and roster expectations in your request and we'll match candidates who are already set up for it.

Can we get a whole team, not just individual placements?

Yes — that's Domain 01, project team / EPCM supply. Use the “I need people on site” path and specify it's a team requirement in the brief.
