Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026. This explains what we collect through the forms on this site, why, and how you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
Candidates: name, contact details, residential address, right-to-work status, role and field of experience, years of experience, employer history, salary/rate expectations, availability, tickets and certifications, referee availability, your CV file, and anything you add in the free-text fields.
Clients: company name, contact details, roles or services needed, project location and type, headcount, target start date, and your project brief.
Why we collect it
Solely to match candidates against current and upcoming roles, and to respond to client requests for personnel, project teams, or consultancy services. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell it.
Where it's stored
Submissions are stored in a hosted database and file storage service (Supabase). Depending on the hosting region selected for that service, your data may be processed or stored outside Australia. If you'd like to know the specific region in use, contact us using the details below.
Who can see it
Only Perth Project People, via a password-protected internal dashboard. We don't share your details with third parties except where necessary to put you forward for a specific role or project you've applied to, or where required by law.
How long we keep it
We retain your submission while it's relevant to matching you against roles or responding to your request. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see below.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time, free of charge. Email talent@perthprojectpeople.com.au with your name and the email address you used when submitting, and we'll action it promptly.
