Supervisor / Superintendent
Day-to-day site control and crew coordination.
Someone has to run the site every single day — coordinating crews, hitting production targets, and catching problems before they become delays. Our Supervisors and Superintendents have done exactly this on WA construction, civil and mining packages, not just read about it.
What this role covers
- Daily crew coordination and task allocation
- Production targets and shift planning
- On-site safety enforcement and toolbox talks
- Plant and equipment utilisation
- Daily/weekly progress reporting to the Project Manager
- First point of contact for on-site issues and delays
Indicative client charge rate
$800–1,200 / day, ex GST
Planning range — validated quarterly against live WA market conversations. Candidate pay depends on experience, tickets and site conditions.
