• Programme control and critical path management across the full package lifecycle
• Budget ownership, cost forecasting and variation management
• Client and stakeholder liaison, including regular progress reporting
• Risk identification and mitigation planning
• Subcontractor and supplier coordination
• Handover and practical completion management
